After spending the first half of his career in senior marketing positions with large regional and national companies, Kurt founded Baxter Marketing Group, Inc. in 1997 as a full-service marketing agency with a goal of providing complete outsourced marketing and creative services to companies in a variety of industries. As president of BMG, Kurt leads a great team of creative, support and strategic personnel.  His professional background and passion includes design, strategic branding, and creating integrated marketing solutions. Kurt is a self described "serial entrepreneur" having created, developed or launched a number of businesses and always dreaming of the next great idea. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kurt has made his home in north Texas for the past 15 years with his wife and 3 children.
